10K a Day - Week Five

Well, it's week 5 of my 10,000 steps a day goal. It's not a lot compared to what my running friends do, but it's an accomplishment for me. Once you let it all go, it's work to get it back! I see an improvement in my energy level, and I'm having fun checking out the walking trails and sidewalk sights around here.
